Which delivery options do you offer?

We ship with Colissimo, to your home (signature on delivery) or to a pickup point, and by tracked letter. You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop in Paris 17. Rates are listed on our delivery costs page.

Can I collect my order in the shop?

Yes. Choose “Retrait en boutique Paris 17e” at the delivery step: it is free. We email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

How do I return an item?

Returns and refunds are explained in our terms and conditions. For any question, write to us.
