The following terms and conditions describe the rights and obligations of both BBH CONCEPT and its customers regarding the online sale of products shown on the website shop.bienbienhabilles.fr
The following terms are defined as detailed hereafter:
Product : each article displayed for sale on the website shop.bienbienhabilles.fr
Client : any individual buying a Product from BBH CONCEPT through the website shop.bienbienhabilles.fr
BBH CONCEPT may decline to fullfil orders from corporations and any other type of clients than individuals.

The Merchant may at anytime change the Conditions. In case of a litigation, the Conditions at the time of purchase will be valid.
2. Acceptation of Terms and Conditions of use
Going through the full process of validation and payment on the website shop.bienbienhabilles.fr is considered full agreement with the Conditions.
3. Applicable law
The present site is operated under French law, and any litigation will be brought only to French courts.
4. Products' description and characteristics
Products dispalyed on shop.bienbienhabilles.fr are new, and have never been used, other than for the purpose of trying them on.
Photos and descriptions of Products are as accurate and realistic as possible, but remain a representation and may slightlty differ from reality, without being the Merchant's responsibility or making the sale irregular.
All texts and images displayed on the website shop.bienbienhabilles.fr are BBH CONCEPT's exclusive proprerty, and cannot be copied or reproducted without priori authorization.
5. Product availability
Products on the website are available as long as the site does not display an out of stock mention. It might though happen than the Product ordered by the Client is no longer Available. In that case, the Merchant will inform the Client by email as soon as the problem is known, and will either offer an alternative product or reimburse the Client within 30 days of the initial payment.
6. Prices displayed
Prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT for Clients within the European Union. Prices displayed in USD are only an indication, and only the Euro price is valid.
The Merchant may change prices at any time, but not change in price can be applied to a Product after it was ordered by the Client.
7. Shipping fees
A transport fee is charged, depending on the country of destination, size and weight of the Products, and type of transport chosen. Transport fee is accurate only after the Client has entered his delivery address and chosen a delivery mode. Any other fee that could be displayed is just an estimate. See shipping fees in detail
8. Customs fees and import taxes
Please note than any Client based outside homeland France is considered as the importer of the Products ordered.
Clients outside the European Union and in French Overseas Territories do not pay the French VAT and are therefore charged the price without this tax.
They should be aware that some import taxes and customs fees might be charged when the Product gets in their country, and that these fees and taxes are fully their to pay, and cannot in any case be the responsibility of the Merchant.
The Merchant will indicate the actual value of the goods on the transportation documents.
9. Registration and personal data
Any order implies that the Client provides the following personal information, which are necessary to proceed with the shipment: first and last names, delivery and invoicing addresses, telephone number, email address. These data are gathered and stored under full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These personal data may, at the choice of the Client, be automatically collected from one of the Client's accounts with the following organizations: Facebook, Twitter, PayPal, Google. The Client may also choose to create his/her account "manually", inputing all necessary data.
The Merchant will under no circumstance transfer this information to any third party. These data will be used by the Merchant for the sole purpose of processing the order, and to communicate the store's news if the Client has chosen to subscribe to the Merchant's newsletter, from which he will be able to unsuscribe at any time by sending a request to email@example.com).
Complying with the French privacy laws, the Client can access and modify his personal data by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org)
10. Validation and payment of orders
Before checking out, the Client is invited to check that the order details are right, especially regarding the number, size, colour of all the items he wants to purchase.
Payment is completed in Euros, by credit or debit card, American Express card, or Paypal, through the secured online payment system offered on the website. Payment data, such as credit card number, are not stored by the Merchant.
Any fee related to currency change or bank fee will be due by the Client.
We offer payment in 3 installments at no additional fee, for customers using a French issued credit card and carts between 300 and 2000€, with our partner Alma. Using this service implies agreeing to Alma's general conditions and terms of service, and the specific terms for BBH CONCEPT's customers.
After check-out and payment are finalized, the Merchant confirms the order by email. The invoice will be sent with the goods, in the parcel.
11. Order processing
The Merchant will do evrything to process the order as quickly as possible, most of the time within 2 working days, and not longer than 15 days except during specific periods, duly indicated on the homepage (summer holidays for instance).
The Client will be allowed to cancel and be entitled to reimbursement if the goods are not sent after this 15 days delay (or the period specified on the homepage).
12. Refund and exchange policy
The Client has 14 days from the date of delivery to send the Products back to the Merchant without any justification. The Client has to pay for the transport charges, except for orders over 500€ shipped to mainland France and not paid using PayPal (these being covered by PayPal's free return warranty policy). All orders paid with PayPal can benefit from Paypal's free returns.
The Products must be returned in perfect condition; they should not have been worn, washed, ironed, stained, modified, damaged in any way, exposed to persisting smells (cooking, tobacco, perfume...). They must be returned in their original packaging, not show any sign of usage, and must comprise all their accessories if any.
Any product returned damaged, incomplete, stained, will not be accepted for refund, and will be sent back to the Client at his expense.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the Products received are different from those ordered (wrong size, colour, style), the Client must inform the Merchant within 7 days of delivery. He must request an exchange or refund by e-mail sent to email@example.com, specifying the order number and the reason for returning the product. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail, from the time of which the Client will have 14 days to return the Product. After that deadline, the return will be denied. The refund will be processed after the Merchant has checked that the Products are fit to be taken back and refunded. The Merchant will refund the Client within 14 days of reception of the Product, by either crediting the card or Paypal account used for payment, or by bank transfer). Postal cost is at the client's charge, and initial delivery fee is not refundable.
If the conditions above are not respected, no refund can be demanded, and the Product will remain the property of the Client; it will be sent back to the CLient at his expense.
